Everyone is unique when it comes to a healing journey. Energy work can help anyone who is ready and willing with an open heart and mind. It can work when conventional treatment methods don’t seem to work or in harmony with other conventional treatment methods. For some, results can be instantaneous, for others it may require several visits and may require lifestyle changes. There are as many factors as there are individuals that can cause a disruption in our subtle body energy fields. When exposed to trauma, illness, life changes, loss, and stress these energy fields become misaligned the result is anything from general malaise, aches & pains, anxiety, depression, illness, and anger. Our bodies generate an energy field. This energy field, when felt and seen by practitioners, is a door to your health. Adding energy work as part of your healing journey while continuing to see your doctor or specialist can only strengthen the whole of you. My message to you, from my my whole being and based on the experiences on my life’s journey is that we were meant to be abundant in all areas of our lives. No matter what has happened in your life, no matter how many mistakes there have been in your life it doesn't matter, simply begin to love yourself, begin to forgive yourself and begin to heal.
