We all know that purchasing or selling your first home is one of the most daunting experiences of your life, not to mention the most complicated and expensive - but I can help. My name is Marc and I've guided many first time home buyers and sellers to their first home or sale. I'll be there to steer you through the entire transaction, including the mortgage process, home insurance, home inspection, price negotiation, utility hook up, marketing, and more. I will explain each step to you in terms you can relate to, so you're confident you're making informed decisions. I will tell you what you need to hear and not what you may want to hear - my goal is to build clients for life, not just a quick sale. A little about me.... I'm a young family man, with a wife, son and daughter. In my free time I am always working on a project around the house (building bunk beds for my son is my latest), reading or playing with my kids. I am also active in sports, both outdoor and indoor, and I'm increasingly environmentally conscious and hope others are too!
